Big Love???

Recently I was reading a book about a very strong love that would survive in ages…

Is it possible for people to feel a love that strong that their world would only be their partners???

So far, I’ve only heard stories about love’s that were only simple crushes and their gone after a few months… I don’t know anyone that felt a love so strong to shock their world completely and make their life’s act like a satellite surrounding their partners life’s and vice versa…

I wonder if its only stories and its only on books… To be honest only 1 history couple comes into my thoughts, (after a movie…), about how much they loved each other…  Anthony – Cleopatra… She had so many huge loves but in the end her soulmate was Anthony… The way she choose to die to meet him there its scary… It makes me wonder what people can do for the people they love… And even more afraid for the people who found their soulmates and are ready to die for them… On the other hand I envy these people because they are lucky enough to find them… Some of us are not so lucky and we feel empty when we don’t have our soulmates nearby…

I’ve seen people survive day by day only with love feelings but not the love that will make them feel their born to be for…

I trend the day that I will be a witness of a love that strong and yet I’m anxious enough to want to live a day like that…

What it will be/feel like? Only God knows… But that doesn’t stopped me from imagine it and kind of want to live it…

Nothing shall part us in our love till Thanatos (Death) at his appointed hour removed us from the light of day

Apollonius Of Rhodes (Ancient Greek)

cras amet qui nunquam amavit; quique amavit, cras amet
May he love tomorrow who has never loved before;
And may he who has loved, love tomorrow as well

amare et sapere vix deo conceditur
Even a God finds it hard to love and be wise at the same time

“How do I love thee? Let me count the ways…”

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, — I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! — and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death

By Elizabeth Barrett Browning (1806-1861)

“and, if God choose,

I shall but love thee better after dead…”

A love that strong that we can only pray to live…
